I purchased the Maple Grove 7 piece set with a fire table. I travelled from Port Perry to go see another set and ended up purchasing the Maple grove set. 1 hour and 45 minute drive for me one way. I am so glad I made the trip. Extremely happy with my set and great customer service. I called a few times after I received my set to ask a few questions and Peter and Justin were amazing!
I sent my cousin from Bolton to Think Patio after I received my set and he also purchased a sectional set.
We order this set earlier this summer. It arrive relatively quick and was basically ready to go out of the box! It appears to be really good quality and the cushions are dense! My only complaint is our set arrive damaged. It’s very minor, however I am concerned it will affect the longevity of the product. Costumer service was not helpful. The denied responsibility for the issue even though it was brand new. A small amount of compensation would have sufficed to resolve our concerns.
