Cute little hardware package, overkill on the one time use allen key handle. Only 8 pieces to assemble as the back and seat are already assembled. "This summer I decided I wanted a brand new, much bigger deck. I took my time when looking for the right patio set to go on my new deck, and I'm glad I did, because the one I picked has been incredible. I ordered the Innesbrook 8 Piece Conversation Set in navy. The first surprise I received was that not only did I get the navy cushion covers, but I also got the tan ones. I love that if we decide to change our style, we can change the covers. The main reason I'm writing this review though is because of the amazing customer service. I'm not lying when I say that 3 weeks after purchasing my set, my dog decided to eat 1 of the cushions. This is completely unlike her but I was so upset because I had no idea how I'd fix it. I emailed Think Patio and asked them how to purchase a new cushion and Justin emailed me back promptly. Less than a week later, my set is complete again. (I'm just waiting on my deck to be completed and I'll have the most beautiful outdoor oasis)

"We had been shopping for patio furniture for a while but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on the set and then we came across Think Patio through one of the big box stores and decided to go to their site directly!
They had many different options to choose from, but we went with the Chambers Bay collection 8.1 with rectangular fire table and are very happy with the product so far! Everything was already pre-assembled in boxes and the only thing we had to put together was the fire table. The chairs are all sturdy and the cushions and their covers are of good quality!
The customer service from Justin and team was awesome! They called me to set-up a prompt delivery day and time and told me about a back order on some cushion covers but gave me options and status updates along the way which was great!
Will recommend Think Patio to family and friends and for any future outdoor patio furniture! Great to support a local, Canadian company as well!"

"After plenty of research and shopping around, we settled on Think Patio's Innesbrook Collection and we couldn't be happier with our decision. You get tremendous value with this patio set as you get a lot of pieces for the price, especially when it's on sale! Shipping was surprisingly quick and there wasn't much assembly involved either.
The wicker finish is elegant and the quality of foam used in the cushions is great. We ordered the espresso set with grey cushions and the colour combination is fantastic. The espresso is quite dark and can pass as black which is exactly what I was hoping for! The fire table that comes with the set is amazing and a great size. Everything is made using aluminum framing making the furniture light and easy to maneuver. Warranty is 3 years which is more then most other patio furniture companies.
A couple of things to note are (1) If you order any cushion colour aside from tan, the covers are delivered seperately requiring you to put them on yourself. (2) The brackets that attach the modular sectional pieces together are not as tight so anticipate some give in the sectional pieces as people sit on them. Having said that, I found these to be minor enough to not effect my overall satisfaction.
What I must call out is the excellent customer service I received from the folks at Think Patio throughout the buying process. Not only did I receive prompt shipping updates, I had reached out with inquiries and they were quick to respond to each and every single question. You can tell they are passionate about customer service and satisifaction. In today's day and age, this level of service is unfortunately rare! Thanks to this, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
