Had an excellent experience. Met the Total Patio team at the cottage show. Drove to the Kitchener showroom (new) and bought 4. Only disappointment was a $20 per chair sale that started not long after our purchase. ☹️
Purchased 4 of these chairs (red) two weeks ago and I was pleased with the easy assembly, build quality and comfort. Pickup from the warehouse was painless. Worth a try if your in the market IMO, as I plan to buy more.
We are pleased with our purchase. These chairs are comfortable and they were fairly easy for one person to put together. Think Patio was communicative from the moment we ordered. We are glad we supported a local company as well. We look forward to viewing many a sunset sitting in these chairs.

We bought a pair of these chairs for Christmas. They were easy to assemble and look to be very sturdy. We have not had many opportunities to sit on them yet, but they look great in front of the house. I am pretty sure we will get plenty of enjoyment from these chairs.
Well-made, good-looking product. Ran into a speed bump (Thinkpatio shipped 4, 3 showed up initially). Jason was right there with us to quickly and successfully resolve the issue.
I purchased 3 Muskoka chairs so far, and a conversation set for my cottage from Think Patio. All items arrived in good condition and were easy to assemble. The Muskoka chairs are of a proportionate weight, being heavy enough for deck stability when standing up to wind, and lightweight enough to easily move around. I purchased my first 2 chairs last summer, and they stood up great this past winter.
